WJ897 waits on Leicester's runway 28 threshold during the annual air display in August 1979.
WJ897 at Seething, Norwich
WJ897 lands on Seething's short runway after its display. The surviving section of runway at this wartime airfield was 2500' which was very tight for the Varsity, the largest aircraft to land there for some years.
